Every October the women at Vatnsnes peninsula have their annual autumn dinner. For the dinner is only one thing to eat, that is all kind of sheep heads. There are many traditional ways to serve the sheep heads. Cooked, salted, smoked and more. There is also hot and cold sheep legs served. With this you have rutabagas and potatoes.

Dinner starts at 20:00 all night. Price is ISK 4.000.-
